日本で婚姻したフィリピン人夫婦の離婚について、フィリピン法では離婚制度が認められていないことを理由に、役所で離婚届の受理を拒否された事案です。
当事務所では、日本の裁判所に離婚訴訟を提起することで解決を図りました。
日本の裁判所で性格の不一致による離婚が認められ、依頼者夫婦は法的に離婚することができました。
